Some dermotologists can easily do this in their office, they numb the area and cut it off. You won't feel a thing and shouldn't have any scar that is real noticable.

You cannot do that unless you have a surgery. My husband had one and had it removed, but they had to figure out first that it was not cancerous.

Reply:it think you are talking about skin tags. little skin colored things that are usually on you neck or under arm area, under breast and on other warm spots on your body.
you can have them easily removed by a dermatologist. if they are indeed skin tags and not moles then you can remove them by using the wart freezing stuff by compound w, it is the same way the derm. will remove them.
