i have one red freckle looking thing on my upper left arm, that's what i thought the question was about ....
Reply:Genetics AND age. Most fair-skinned persons over 50 will eventually develop these. They can be cauterized when very small when they first appear. Going into saunas, whirlpools and steam rooms exacerbates the condition as well.
