How do I remove a skin mole at home without having to go to a doctor's?

I have 2 skin moles on my neck, they stick out a little bit and I am tired at looking at them. I want to know if anyone knows of anything I could do at home to get rid of them, quick and easy!

How do I remove a skin mole at home without having to go to a doctor's?
no they need to be removed by a doctor. ive had 26 surgeries to have mine removed (total of 13 moles but most needed more than one surgery to remove it all) they arent just the surface of ur skin they are in deeper layers so they need to be removed by a doctor. it is covered by insurance (usually is anyway i know all mine are) and the only thing i pay if the $15 co-pay which is due at the time of surgery. go to a professional..all ull do is get a scar and probably an infection by doing it urself!!
Reply:you should not attempt this yourself, I have seen some people tie cotton round them for them to come back bigger or to get infected, it needs to be done by your doctor because the roots need to be removed
Reply:no, and dont follow any advice you get about tying thread around them, cutting them, burning them, or using a wart treatment. youll get a massive infected scab and when it heals there will be a scar or he mole will grow back. no 'natural cream' will do anything. just get the doctor to remove it, its a really quick and easy procedure, it doesnt hurt or anything.
Reply:don't do it yourself, it could get infected... you need to go to a doctor or beautician, it's a very simple and almost painless procedure most of the time.
Reply:Gathina is probably talking about a skin tag, not a mole. Just wanted to say that. Also, listen to everyone and go to the doctor. If you cannot afford it , learn hwo to deal with your beautiful moles :)
Reply:My husband is kind of crazy and he does this all the time.

Have some styptic powder ready (it instantly clots blood, but it burns a bit at first...I've used it so I know this).

Wash the area very well.

If the mole is too small to grab with your fingers, use a pair of tweezers that you have dunked in rubbing alcohol to pull the mole away from your body. This will hurt a bit.

Take a pair of very small scissors (like cuticle scissors) that you have dipped in rubbing alcohol and snip right at the surface of your skin or the base of the mole.

Apply the styptic powder.

The styptic powder will turn black with contact with blood and form an instant "scab". You can wash it without any problem.

After a few days, the "scab" will start to come off. At this time start applying vitamin E oil to help minimize scarring.
Reply:Yikes! Don't do it by yourself. I'd definitely go to a doc.
Reply:That is such a terrible idea.

You deserve whatever happens to you if you cut your own mole off.
Reply:Tie a hair around it very tight. It should come off in a day or two. IT WORKS!!!!!!
