a blemish is caused by bacteria and dirt.. moles and skin tags are not blemishes like that.. They are in essense like mini cancers.. abnormal growths of skin caused by viruses, like benign cancer... No over the counter meds will get rid of them.. You need to see a dermatologist and check to make sure they are not cancerous. also if they are really bothersome, maybe the dermatogolist can remove them in the proper manner, like lazor etc
