I have a bunch of tiny skin tag moles especially on my neck area... easies way to remove them?..?

In the past I have went to the drs. to have them removed. But the last time I did that dr... remarked to me, how many more times are you going to do this, I replied as many times as they grow back.... I suppose.

I was wondering if I could possibly remove them myself?

I think they look so ugly and especially when you wear a sleevless top in the spring and summer time..

Is there any thing.....like that stuff you numb your gums with..would that numb the skin tag moke enough to cut it off myself and then maybe dab it with a septic pencil or alchol?

And does anyone know what causes them?

Thanks to all that answers my question...... Carol in OH

I have the same problem, and I used that wart freezer/remover. Worked like a charm. They come back, but I can take care of them at home now.
Reply:well i think they are ugly to and well i think your doc should not have said that, try doctor shoals*(spelled wrong food care) but they might do something of removal of tags because they do
Reply:You could continue to spend lots of money having these removed or you could spend 25 cents on a spool of thread. Just have anybody tie a short thread around each skin tag. Tie each one close to the skin %26amp; tight. Do this for however many hundreds of them you have. With the blood supply cut off, they will fall off in 2 - 3 days. No pain - no blood. That will be two hundred $, please.
Reply:I know how you feel, I get them too. Mainly from my uniform shirt always rubbing against my neck. I was actually thinking about doing the same thing (but with the Dr. Scholls Wart Freezer/Remover) but haven't had the guts to lol. But the only other thing, than cutting them off yourself or letting them fall off (some do), is to go to the dr. Oh, and it's also hereditary. Good luck :)
Reply:There is an iodine-based medicine called "Dermo Prada" that you can get in Mexican/So. American stores. You apply it with the head of a toothpick.

It colors the skin a little orange, but it works great.

Costs under $5.

Hope you can find some.

Good luck.
Reply:If they are fine you can tie it off very tight with thread, you will feel a pinch but that is all. It will take a couple of days it will turn black that is normal and once it does it will fall off. Good luck
Reply:My mom gets them quite often on her arms, and she always had me tie thread around them too. I ended up with one a few years back and I used a thread like the others have mentioned. It works well, it's nearly free and it doesn't hurt.

Don't bother spending the money to have them removed.
