Absolutely NOT! however, you really need to see a dermatologist to determine whether it is cancerous or not. Most of the time your doctor can look at it and ask you questions to determine what it is. He may want to biopsy it also. I just went through this 7 months ago. Good luck!

Reply:No. Most of them are completely harmless. But if one starts to grow in a weird shape or turn a funky color you might want to get it checked out.
